Aliens abducted my fish!

Do you have any other animals in the house (cat or dog). I recently lost one of my red eyed tetras, and can not find him anywhere. Not even a bone.

I can only think that he jumped out and one of my cats was waiting for him.

I did, to no avail. Aliens got him.

ugh!! I hate when that happens....... but Puma, evidently it looks to be a growing trend..... notice any crop circles in the gravel lately??

I looked all on the carpet under the stand and everything... nothing. I do have 3 cats, which I don't think would have gone fishing (though you never know)... but it's possible they ate the fish after they jumped out.

80gJoe... I do have an older brother, but he has his own fish to worry about, lol.

No crop circles yet.... but a cow did come up missing down the street... j/k.

I've only had plecos completely disapear before...

Oh well...lol

Now one of my neons has gone missing... and their too big for my angels to eat.... hmmm,

wonder if this has anything to do with our new cat... hmm

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm..................................

;)

Notice any telltale "wet paws" lately???

CATS?????!!!!!! seriously??!!,no wonder you have missing fish!.Do you have an aquarium lid? i wouldn't even trust one of my dogs with an open-top tank! get a lid or make sure your lid is secure, even if you are positive that the two cats you had are fish safe the new cat is almost certainly the culprit!,but if he is not........:joe:

Well IMO.....just the fact that you have/had 3+Gouramis and 1+Angels in the tank would explain why he "went missing". Also depending on where you got the honey Gouramis at it may determine what their health was like--I know when I worked at one of the big box stores the honey Gourami where the main Gourami that we lost...from lack of health and from them killing/eating each other-and most of the time we didnt find their bodies!

And I really dont think we would be able to tell you any way else that it could have died/disappeared without knowing what else is stocked in the tank, oh and what size your tank is.

But thats just my 2c!:)
