Okay so I have been searching for this fish and finally found them at a pet store that is about an hour away from me. The problem is they are really small. Do they grow quickly? I could house them in a 30gal until they become big enough for my other fish. Currently setting up a 90gal was going to set up a 55 but opted for the 90 to house my Frontosa, Yellow Tail Acei and 2 Electric Yellows. What are your thoughts? Any other good suiters for this tank?

cool my friend i am glad you have the same taste in fish as i do, i have my fronts in a 120gal and i am planning a 220gal here soon also thinking of moving my 500gal outside above ground pond indoors to really get serious about breeding fronts, as for the A Calvus they are slow growers for sure my friend i have 2 of them in with my shellies right now but they are still small and i have had them about 3 months i also have a pair of gold comps that are even slower growing they are actually slower growing than my fronts aye yeah def throw you some in the 30gal and add them later when you think they are not on the menu for the fronts that is my plan with mine to go in with my fronts when there bigger here is a photo of my black calvus juvies..
