Am I freaked or what??

So, I'm looking in my new 65, just wishing I had some fish in it and I see one! No, there's two!!! O M G !!!!

They look like tiny White Clouds. All I can figure is they came over when I transfered the Peace Lily or I sucked up some eggs when I transfered water to jump start the cycle.

They're both about 1/4 inch long. I don't know what to feed them other than ground flakes.

I had the same thing happen to me (several years ago). I transferred gravel-vac water from my tank to try overwintering water hyacinths and ended up with zebra danios. They were in an unfiltered, unheated 15 gallon. It was jam-packed with hyacinth roots and I didn't notice the fish till they were 1/4 inch. Obviously they must have been eating something up until that point. But I did the ground flakes thing. I crushed it through a fishnet to get it very fine.

I also ended up with 3 baby Zebra danios when I transferred a piece of driftwood to an empty tank. If you had them in your old tank there is a good chance that is what they are. I fed them microworms, because that is what feed all my babies. If you grind the flakes up small enough it should be alright for them. If you can find Hikari first bites:

If you siphoned the water off the bottom of an existing tank and you have white clouds in that tank, thats where they came from.

Sad news. For the past 2 days we have only seen one. I am assuming the other one is gone.

I had named them Miracle and Mystery. I guess Miracle is still here.
