Am I over stocked?

I am getting a Bit of a string algae problem. Thinking of getting some Florida flags, but I am not sure if I'm overstocked. 65 Gallon pretty Moderately to well Planted.

I have:

Five Medium sized Angels
10 Cardinals
8 Rasboras
11 Pristella Tetras
3 Corys
1 Chinese Algae Eater
4 SAE
1 Farawalla
1 Mean and abnormally Large Rummy nose Tetra

Any advice would be apprectiated

I would add flourish excel fish for algae not always the best idea. double dose for 14 days and the stringy algae should go away. Some people recommend a 72hr black out with large water changes you could try this first (never worked for me)
