Does anyone know why I can find Takashi Amano's 1st and 3rd books in the "Nature Aquarium" series on amazon.com, but not the 2nd one? Did something happen so that the 2nd one is not available anymore?

2nd one is on Amazon, just not sold as a package like the 1st and 3rd are. I almost ordered 1 and 3 together, but decided to only get 1.... lest my wife kill me
