Amano Shrimp

My guess would be that Seabass likes amano shrimp but may not have an obvious choice for a suitable tank. Maybe that 20g is the only tank he has... I just noticed that the 20g tank (I'm assuming that is the tank in question) has a mono in it. I would imagine that the amano would be expensive snacks for the mono (if they survived).

well the amano shrimp I have had in the tank since I had my tank planted. I guess I will take them to my LFS if I can catch them. And no one bothers my amano shrimp. These have thrived with both my GSP and my mono for a while now. They have been in high end brackish, well whatever 1.015 is, for a while now. I have slowly brought the salinity up, and am going towards marine. Grins, why I do not want to have an all out reed tank is because I am gone every summer and this xmas for like 2 months. It would be too expensive to buy corals and then sell them in 6 months you know? The GSP i think I will take away tomorrow. Oh and Grins will you please check out my marine thread on switching brackish to marine please. Got some ?s

I answered in the marine forum. And yes, not questioning why you aren't doing a reef. Perhaps I'm mistaken but it seems like you want what you want in the tank and are putting some of the stock in less than optimal conditions in order to have the mix you want.
