So I noticed then when Billy Molted a bit ago, he was in 'Form 1', a.k.a. "I'm horny mode". Then Mandy molted a couple days ago. Since she molted Billy has been chasing her around for a couple days. So tonight I decided to take them out of the 29g with lots of hiding places and plants, and put them into the 10g with 1 hide and little plants. SCORE. Within 5 minutes they were together under the fake rocks. First session lasted 6 minutes, not impressive by my standards. About 15 minutes later I noticed Billy was chasing her around again, so I stepped in as the wingman and herded her towards him with a net... SCORE #2. That lasted about 10 minutes. That ended about 30 minutes ago. He is chasing her again right now. She is currently in a corner and he is about 3 inches away from her, slowly creeping forward. I admire his recovery time, especially for a 3rd round. If he cant get her by 9:30 then I'll come in as wingman again.
Uh, nevermind, I hit the period on that last paragragh, looked over, and they are humping again. SCORE #3. Good man. Once the 3rd round is over I'll return return them to the main tank. Assuming Mandy gets berried, I'll go get a breeder thingy and put in that, in the 29g.
