this person isn't even trying to get his/her money back for the tank, he expects to recoup the costs for all the food, meds, and chemicals he's ever bought, plus the water bill too. geez.
guy's, i have a 6 year old 55g, painted the back and sides blue, some chips in the glass and paint..i'll include a 12 inch dead jack dempsey..he's been frozen for a few months..he'd make a great conversation piece.
450$..
i'll even include a super rusty wrought iron stand
That's a nice size fish, maybe he is attached to it and knows the price is too high and it will weed out newbies to the hobby? Or maybe he inherited the tank from someone who died and honestly doesn't know any better. Or maybe he just hoping someone else doesn't know any better. I feel sorry for the fish. JD/oscars/oranda's and other large fish ive seen have wonderful personalities. I hope he doesn't end up flushed because the person set the price to high and couldn't sell the tank
lol. . . . while your concerns about the welfare of the fish may be valid, i think getting flushed would be the least of its problems. i mean, did you see the size of it? a plumber's dream if the seller tried to send it down the drain.
