Ammonia Help.

you should definitely get your hands on a printed price for the strips, like from ad or even buy it (the test strips) at the cheaper place and bring the receipt to the other guy, make him either give you a full refund or refund the difference. wal-mart has those for maybe $5.50. however, once you get your cash back, buy liquid kits, they are far more accurate, and they might seem a little pricey, but they have a lot more than 25 tests in them.

this guy probably thinks - hmm, if i far overprice the test strips, then people won't test their water (and i'll make sure to tell them NOT to do water changes) and then when the fish die they'll buy more! from me!

where do you live? i want to beat this LFS guy up.

lol. Well I figured it would be cheap since it is the only fish store, and pet store in town and they have been there for around 25 years, or more. Ok I called the store managers, and asked him about the price and everything and he gave me a $5.00 store credit so it's great now! But I cannot believe how much markup they have on that one box of test strips. I won't say exact price, but gee.
