Anchor worms killed by salt?

on second thought, i don't think they are anchor worms.
I see some tiny, short white worms projecting off some of my fish. I am treating with "Life Bearer" med. They have started to fall off.
But, now i have small free swimming worms in my 180g??? I don't know how they got there.
Any thoughts?

After a little research i think they are nematodes.
But, do nematodes attach themselves onto fish?
