Here's a shot of the 5g Betta tank. Plants are real. Actually my wife's tank - she's learning the finer points of fishkeeping and water lugging.

Nope, well, I say no, because it was sold as Cabomba. (sp?)
Looking at the pic taken a few days ago and comparing it to the tank today, you can actually see that it has grown. It's supposed to need more light from what I read, but this plant doesn't seem to know that.
Or maybe PetSmart has it misidentified.

That is absolutely cabomba. Anubias looks nothing like that.
Speaking of which, may you fair better with cabomba than we have. It needs really bright light and lots of gentle care and pruning. Such a pretty plant though.

nope, unfortunately. Found it at the LFS. The algae on it is fake, but it's real rock, or at least it feels like rock.
