The tank is looking great. Will look very nice once filled in. That piece of DW was meant for that size tank, as it is perfect, and beautiful.

Been quite a while, but I thought I would post an update.
Haven't lost a fish since early May, so that is a good thing! The plants/wood combo has been working out great. I'm just in the routine of regular water changes, and things seem to be going well. Haven't had any issues, just smooth sailing.

Your update was awesome timing! I had just done a search on black skirt tetras and this thread came up. I had been wondering what the tank looked like now, when I came to the last page to see you had updated it just today. What a coincidence, and I love your tank! Do your cherry barbs bother your angelfish at all?
cherry barbs are very peaceful, but you'll have to raise the angel with them bc ive heard some horror stories of angels killing them.
