I have a big tank and in that tank i have no live rock no fish only one anemone and i made him feed after 2 weeks and his size decrease now tell me how i will make him healthier and can i give him chicken muscle small piece to eat or fish small piece to eat and how i do this and i would appreciate if any one help me in this regard

What type of lighting do you have?
How big is your tank?

In addition, what did you feed it before and by "make it feed" do you mean you offered it food and allowed it to take it or did you do something to "assist" it in eating?
yes you can feed it small pieces of silversides or shrimp or scallops as well - im not 100% sure on the chicken... but we do need more info as requested above to help you out. a pic would be nice too 
my nem is getting smaller also so i have been feeding it once every 3 days small bits of food and i have been feeding it a variety. it seems to like this treatment and is perking up.
