You would be asking for trouble with that combo. Neither puffers and ESPECIALLY Triggers ARE NOT REEF SAFE! That means no Inverts period. No crabs, shrimp, anemones, corals etc. They will all become food at one point or another. So if you really want an anemone either decide on the anemone or the Trigger and Puffer as they can not live together. You know that they need powerful lights like Power Compacts or Metal Halides right? No normal output light will keep one alive for long.
And you are quite a bit overstocked even now when they are babies. With all those fish you will be looking at a 200-250 minimum gallon tank as they start to grow. I'm suprised the Tangs don't fight left and right. I have 4 in my 209 but would never consider 4 in any other size tank. All of your fishes minor squabbles now will eventually become very brutal and deadly. Beware the Clown Trigger as they can be amiable for months with tankmates and then overnight be the only fish in the tank. Anyway, hope this helps and good luck.
