Ok - yesterday I picked up 3 little angels from my trusty LFS. Two are about quarter size and one is a bit smaller. One of the larger ones is being a jerk to the other two. I know this is natural/expected, but at what point should I be concerned? Is there something I should be doing or watching out for? (I have never had angels before....) I don't want to wake up to dead fish if there is something I could have/should have done. Thanks!

They did manage to eat but only if he was preoccupied.

Not at the moment. All I have is in the tank. I have attached a pic. It is a new set up - just did it this weekend! With the rock wall in the middle it would be hard to get plants there.........

I had 2 angels, after a few months both had to have there own tank. neither one got along. I take it they were males. I would give him back or sell him. it does not get better. mine were in a 55 gallon and all hell broke loose.

it could be because they are not in a big enough school. 6 is a minimum if you are going to keep more than one angel in a tank (outside a breeding pair)

I was wondering about that. I was not sure how many was the minimum. I am hoping they will be ok til payday! I have spent my fishy allowance for this week! :wall:

They are very young and there is no way I could tell if they are male/female. I may have to take the bully back....Will they be ok w/ 2 or do I have to take all of them back until I can afford 6?
