Well...the good news is that frogs have horrible eyesight to begin with. The frog will survive just fine (in all likelihood) as long as the wound heals and doesnt get infected. It will require very special feeding attention and may need a platform halfway up the tank so that its closer to the surface to breathe.
That said, angels and frogs are a horrible mix, as you've found out. An adult angel woulnd't surprise me by completely eating a frog.
Frogs are too peaceful to be in with anything other than peaceful fish. They also shouldn't be kept with loaches (and probably rainbow sharks) so I suggest getting a 5g tank just for them. No one will get hurt, the blind frog won't have anyone to watch out for, and feeding will be easier.
