Angel Fish - ill or injury?

I know.. she had good intentions but listened to the LFS and her "old school" hubby....I cannot imagine this fish in a 10 gallon! The top/bottom fins must have filled the entire height of the tank! I will take a pic when she is more settled.....
 
I had planned on getting a school of Ember Tetras for this tank, but with the Angel, I would guess that is now out of the picture. Oh well.......
