Angel fish with cardinal tetras

If the tetras are large and the angels aren't so big, is it do-able?

And have had no problems? How big are the cardinals and how big are the angels?

Cardinals are full grown now about an inch 1/2. Angels are large. The angels started out with the cardinals when they were a little over quarter size. They will chase all the fish around from time to time but they dnt eat the tetras. so far anyways.
