Angel with Redtail shark and Puffer fish?

We probably need more info. What size is your tank. Is anything else in there? How did you cycle it?
Also, figure 8 puffers are brackish water fish, not freshwater. While they can live in freshwater, they won't reach their potential until in their appropriate habitat and will have a significantly shortened lifespan.

Oh Dammit! i didn't know that puffer fish were brackish water fish! 
This sucks! (they at least look happy).
Here is my tank... its about 90 liters (not sure what that is in gallons).
And i Cycled my tank for about two weeks just with the substrate in it... then added plants and let that cycle for another 2 weeks.. then added the 2 puffers... waited a week and added the pleco... waited another week and added the red tail shark. havent added any more fish for about 3 weeks..
I do 20% water changes every 2 weeks.
If Angel fish aren't the best tank mates for my setup, what would your recommend?

I have a rainbow shark with angels and all sorts of other fish, they do great. Rainbows are pretty much the same as redtail sharks. But either way, it will need a cave or hiding spot to claim it's own. Mine was pretty territorial, but over time, he chilled out and no longer tries to have the whole 90gallon tank to himself, lol. They will chase away fish, then come right back to their cave.
The redtail shark isn't the compatibility issue,it's the puffer's.Besides the fact that Angels need completely different water parameters than puffer's,their temperament is a stark contrast as well.You will hear people say that they kept their puffers with every fish under the sun.However,read any worthy book on species compatibility and you will see that puffer's can be waspish,territorial,and just plain belligerent.There are species you can keep with them,just do some research.Also,though they will fair better in a brackish set-up,it is not totally necessary.Depending on the species,I have kept them alive and well using Seachem's Cichlid Lake Salts and buffers.Good luck...
Considering that the 2 puffers alone require a 25g tank (yours is < that size), I think you should move all the tank mates to a different tank or re-home them. Your other problem is the fact that if not in BW, the puffers will suffer a much shorter lifespan, which can easily be into their late teens in the proper conditions.
BW is made with marine salt.

i personally wouldn't put even one angel in a tank that size. 20 some gallons is not big enough. upgrade to a 55 to give angels a nice amount of swimming room, and you can keep two that way, but no more than two. and watch for aggression, in case they start bickering as they mature.
i have housed angels with my albino rainbow shark (same temperament as red tail) and they do perfectly fine together.

The shark will need a bigger tank too, 55g, 4 foot tank IMO. Angels can work with them but if a pair forms there will be trouble for the extras.
