Hey everyone,
One of my large angelfish has a very bloated belly, I had noticed him being "fat" a while back, but I thought it was due to overfeeding. There was no change after I cut back on his food, and this morning I found him at the bottom of the aquarium upside down. I scooped him up into a net and kept him in there for the day in case he died so the other fish wouldn't bite him. When I checked on him about 8 hours later, he was swimming normally in the net, so I let him out and he swam around like nothing happened. Now, a few hours later, he was again on the bottom upside-down. I have him back in the net and hes floating at the surface on his side. Does anyone have any ideas as to what the problem could be and how to help? Thank you!
This is not my fish, but is almost exactly how mine looks.
