Angelfish eye trouble

Any idea how long to treat with the Methyline Blue? I just did a water change because of Ammonia and I replaced by ratio the water removed/Methyline blue back into the tank. She has been in this treated water since Thursday night. A little hard to see her eye because of the tinted water.

With methylene blue I usually treat for a week. So, on Thursday I would do a 50% water change to remove about half the meds, followed by another 50% change on Saturday. See how she looks the following Monday to determine if you need to treat for another week. I wouldn't feed while she's in treatment and make sure that she's got plenty of O2.

Well, the treatment is done. The eye looks no worse, but really no better...... can anyone pinpoint the issue with this picture? It looks internal to me, like there is something wrong with the lens. The white spots are still on, or in the aqueous humor, the cloudyness may have gone away a little bit. What now? I am hesitant to put her back in the big tank and think maybe a tank for herself with no sharp objects may be the way to go if I can't fix it.

If she is eating and otherwise behaving normal I would be tempted to put her back. A week under the medication and there's no swelling or redness, I don't believe it is truly an infection. I can't really see anything that makes me think this is an infection that requires treatment. It looks to me like damage that has healed into scar tissue. I have a few cichlids like this and that's pretty much what it looks like.

Thank you! I will think about putting her back in the main tank!
