Once they taste flesh it's over. I had one that used to attack my arm, never hit the same spot twice, testing it for weaknesses. Used to do the same thing to the acrylic if I made eye contact with him for too long. What you have is a blood thirsty animal from the nature, all boxed up and asked politely not to kill, it's done. Sorry.
The aggressor calmed down, thank God. I think all other neons are too big for him now. Hope he doesn't "snap" again. Thanks, guys. And I moved few plants like you suggested me to and it helped. :)

Loach lover checking in late...You cannot have 1 clown loach & expect to behave normally, they're very social! They should be kept in a group of (minimum) 4 or 5 or preferably more. But they grow large, to 12+ inches, Can you provide a long term home?

If not, consider smaller but not so colorful loaches, B. striata, kubotai, a. sidthimunki & more!
