just a quick question is it ok to put angelfish with tigerbarbs a cae and guppies in a small tank not sure on the exact size about 10 gallons i think its to much but my friend just put all this in there she knows she will have to upgrade as the angelfish get bigger just making sure she isnt going to have fights in her tank all day

No. An angel needs a 30g(though I've heard that you can get away with a 20H for one on the board), the CAE will reach 6 inches and get very aggressive and the tiger barbs will rip the angel's fins to bits.

When they grow up they will be inapproprietly stocked, and now, in that small of a space, it is probably just a waiting game until the angel looses its fins most likely...
