Angelica Botia

I caught a glimps of several Angelica Botia's at a Petsmart a week ago. Upon returning did some preliminary research and asked LFS if they could get them. The answer was either no from one, or we can get them, but they are $50 each.

PetSmart has for $20 each, has 3 and the look very nice. I already have 4 3" clowns and a Kuhli for them to be with in my 125gallon. Any thoughts on this cool looking Botia?

They are wild caught from what I am reading/told. ThatFishPlace has them for $9.99, but shipping is $29.99.

If so, that sucks for me!

Botia kubotai are amazing! I would buy them and get some more kuhlies while your at it.

So I got two of this beautiful Loaches. Really nice specimens and great to watch. Acclimated well.

I noticed my lone angel (half dollar sized) hanging out in the corner the last two days. Couldn't figure out why until feeding this morning. The Botia's have worked their way to mid and high within the tank when feeding. I noticed one go towards the angel and the angel headed for the corner. I did not see anything indicating aggressiveness in any reading I did?

Anyone else experience this?
