Hey, I have 2 mottled angels in my tank, had them for about 3 weeks. They're roughly 2 inches long by 3 tall. Not sure what gender they are, if it even matters.

I've been feeding these guys twice a day on brine shrimp and flakes, but it seems like they're non-stop hungry, even after I've just fed them, when they have visible belly bulges, they'll still come to the front of the tank and beg. They also go down to the bottom of the tank and will try to clean the gravel and look for more food. Is this normal angel behavior?

yes - it is normal. I have even read of juvenile angles eating them selves to death. I raise them and they are constantly hungry. You have 2 very healthy angels - two feedings a day are plenty, watch them grow!

To a point it's a very simple process. The more frequently that you feed them the faster that they will grow, if that's your goal. Of course the more that they eat the more that they will crap so the more you will have to change water and vacuum gravel.

I also raise a lot of angels and their veracious appetite is one of the coolest things about them. Anytime I walk into my fish room they'll all be lined up at the glass waiting for some chow...even right after they've just been fed. If I hold the food over the water some of them actually jump for it and take it right out of my hand. Yeah...they like to eat.

As cool as that is it is also the thing that makes me nuts when I try to photograph them. They're not into posing. The only way I can ever get pictures of them is to ambush them or put the camera on a tripod with a remote shutter release and just shot piles of shots hoping to get lucky.

Stick with the two feedings a day and enjoy.

Angels are pigs, nothing else to say really. Mine will be at the front of the tank wagging for food minutes after I have fed them.

2 feedings a day is fine, just do as foolishfish said make sure you keep up on water changes and enjoy them. Make sure they get a really varied diet though, it will keep them healthy and growing well.

Like most cichlids, angels like to eat,and beg. They will be huge before you know it.

So true, they are like dogs will follow you around and beg for food. As stated keep to the feeding schedule, they can eat non-stop.

I'll agree here. My angel is quite the hog. He (she?) will beg for food whether or not I just fed them. Right now they get fed twice daily, like yours. Once full grown, I may cut that back to once daily, since that was my normal routine, but we'll see how it goes. I'm not sure how long it takes until they are full grown...
