I have a 20 gallon high tank that I'm using for Angels and rams.
I currently have one mature size (large) Angel and two Gold rams in thev tank. I want to put two "blue" rams in the tank with the above fish. The oinly other fish in there is a 3 inch bushy nose albino catfish.
Would adding the 2 blue Rams be too much ?????

Honestly, I would say the angel is too much. A 20 is awful small for a full grown angel... How many inches would you say it is, not counting the fins?

A 20H is perfectly suitable for a pair of adult angels or a pair of adult discus. I wouldn't put in another pair of rams though. You would be able to do 2 pairs of rams in a 20L but not a 20H. Of course you wouldn't have the adult angel in a 20L but I'm not worried about the bioload, rather I know that the footprint of the tank is too small to support more than one pair of rams.

I would think your one angel is fine. or if you only had a pair of angels it would be fine. but yes the 2 ram pair' would def need the footprint of a 20L ~ I agree .
