1 is better for aggression and territroy issues, but if they are the same size and you introduce them at the same time aggression should be minimal

yes, as jm says as they grow, if they are of the same sex, you may experience territory issues so eventually, you may need to separate them.

in my 30gal i had 3 angels....one got lip fibrosis, and now there's 2....one gets picked on a tonso...prob not the best idear

yes a 29 is large enough for two angels. yes you may experience some aggression issues. if you get a pair you'll be fine..if you get 2 males you may not be fine..2 females and you will most likely be fine.

I keep my pairs in 29's
