angle fish a little roughed up

i came home and went to feed the fish today and i saw my angle stuck in between a rock. i got him out, but he has a few white spots, like where he was rubbing against it. he also seems sluggish, but likely from trying to get out all day. i saw another angle kinda nipping at him too. what all should i do? thanks.

I'd put him in QT to be safe. Then you'll have time to figure it out.

keep the water super clean while he heals up, and if the other angel keeps nipping at him you may want to separate him

how big are the angels. My first guess would have been that he was sick before he got stuck as some angels will do that but it seems that because there is another, perhaps he was simply trying to get away. Separate them and do as jm says, pay close attention on his healing tank.

sounds like the angel has been under a bit of stress.
best to seperate it and let it have time to heal.
keep the water pristine to hep healing...keep an eye on the angel. when they get stressed they are subject to infestations and infections. it may take time to nurse the angel back to health.
I recently had to re arrange my tank set up to make room for a sub dominant male..there was some terrible fighting.
