ive got a couple of hitch hikers one i noticed about a week ago looks like a tiny feather duster worm but im not sure i just see a little feather looking thing comming out of the sand, and just now i saw a very small shrimp looking thing that looked clear and was about the size of a pin head

If you pass your hand over the suspected duster to create a quick flow does it retract into the sand/rock? If so it probably is a duster. It could also be aptasia which you should eliminate. The other is some type of pod (good thing in most cases). There are parasitic isopods but they are fairly rare.
if i tap on the glass by the feather duster things they retract into themselves and thats good that the little shrimp looking things are most likely harmless
