Thank you very much Tom for the great insight on fertilizing the right way and even going so far as making a schedule of when to dose fertizilizer and its amounts. Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction. I will keep you all posted on my progress when there is noticible changes.

Update

well its been about 1 month now and look at my tank! I'm absolutlely happy with it. I've already had to trim the plants once a week since the growth is phenomenal, often reaching the top of the tank.

Tom Barr, you are rright. I thank you for advice, and hope that this thread's advice will help others in the future.
