You will need check valves on each air line coming from each bottle. That way when you disconnect a bottle to refill it does not release all the pressure from the entire system.
Good luck, for what it's worth I think multi-bottle systems are more consistant than single bottle systems. I am getting ready to add a second bottle to my 20 gallon so you might need 4 or more for a 72. Mine goes like crazy for a couple days and then slows progressively until about 10 days in when it is putting out 25% of it's original volume.
