Another newbie

Hi,
I am a temporarily misplaced Texan. I am a US Navy spouse and we currently live in Fl. But less then two years it will be back to TX. YeeHaw!!
I have had fish tanks most of my life but just flew by the seat of my pants with it. This time I have been doing tons of research and trying to do the right things now. I have gone with live plants this time too.
I have been reading post from this site for a while and decided it was time to join up and get going.
