another question on mantis

I had a 3" green mantis. Very, very cagey animal. After figuring it out and some losses I got lucky and moved the LR he was in into the sump (where he lived out his days). Only patience seemed to win in the end. I really hope you don't have one but they're oddly interesting pets

Hi thanks for all your replies,
the clicking comes in ones or twos , however on very, very rare occasions i have heard a series of up to 4 or 5.
It is spaced out throughout the day, usually just in ones. It's not regular and it is quite loud but not piercing.

sounds more like a mantis click but it can be so many things so just keep an eye out and ull find an answer
