Well, I've almost got my 29 to a place where I think I'll finally be satisfied with it. Right now it has....
2-quarter sized koi angelfish (I know, they get large)
1-pair german blue rams
2-otocinclus
1-neon dwarf gourami
I plan on moving the gourami to my 20Long with my other pair of german blues.....My question is this....
How many lemon tetras can I put in this tank when I take the gourami out ? It is a planted tank...and I plan on adding even more plants, specifically java ferns when I can find some...
I realize that angels have a nasty habit of gobbling up any fish that are small enough to fit in their mouths...from what I have heard anyway.........do lemons qualify as fish that won't do with angels...or...since the angels are so small, would they "get used" to the lemons and leave them alone ?
Does anyone have any experience mixing angles and tetras ? Could you share? If the lemons won't do, does anyone have any suggestions for a schooling type fish that I could add to this mix ? (something that would go well with the colors of the rams and kois)
Thanks !
