no but I googled it and there are several links to how to uninstall it....

Yeah, through running a couple malware and adware programs ive stopped the continuous pop ups, but its still on my pc. I would prefer not to have to go into the registry and mess with that..have my antivirus running right now and if it doesnt find and solve the prob, Ill be looking at another one to see if it will.

there is an automatic remover specifically for the trojan on your system.
I just had to do the same thing on my mom's system with the old safewebsearch dot com scam..

Do NOT download and install that...It downloads a demo program to you your computer. This is NOT a removal tool for this virus...

Download and install the program called "Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware"
Follow the prompts on installing and then run a quick scan...
Have used this program a few times to remove this virus / trojan....all been successfull...

Ive purchased the full addition of avg, and have run malwarebytes. The later got rid of quiet a bit , have just started the full scan with AVG, so shall see if that gets rid of it totally.
A warning for all... pay attention to what you are clicking on when you are browsing the net, it took only one click and accidentally hitting enter for this program to install. Its being a total PITA to remove. Also, if anyone is reading this and happens to become infected, IGNORE, CLOSE OUT all the security risks and installation requests that this virus throws out. It mimicks a real program, but isnt. And, after you remove it, your pc should return to normal, in other words it appears that all your files are gone initially, but they arent really..

Yeah, I used that last night, it appeared for abot 10 minutes that it had completely removed it, but it hadnt... Im running it again right now..
