One of my Anubias Nana plants is releasing real tiny bubbles from the tip of one leaf. It has been doing this for about 2 hours. Im just curious as to why this is happening.

That's how Anubias pearl IME. Those are oxygen bubbles being made so fast that they don't have time to dissolve in the water, meaning your anubias is very happy. :)

Is there a specific reason only one leaf on one plant is doing this? I have three Anubias Nana's on a piec of driftwood. one at the bottom, middle and top. The middle one is the oxygen maker. Could it be that the C02 output is close to it??

Might be a small hole in the leaf; I find damaged plant tissues bubble like this.

Mine will do that after I've given it a pruning.
