Yep, that was the first and last time I'll ever buy plants from Asia. They came with about 5 leaves per plant, where the ad stated they would have 15+ leaves per plant, and they were shipped to me smashed flat in a manila envelope merely wrapped in some plastic wrap. When the one completely disintegrated in my tank, that was a mess. Sometimes, it just doesn't pay to save a buck.

Wow really? 631 positive reviews and only 3 negatives. I figured they were doing something right.

Anubias eyes is not the same as Anubias petite. They are two entirely different cultivars. Petite leaves are no bigger than a thumbnail, in many cases the size of your pinky fingernail. Anubias mini I don't think is a real specie. Petite leaves grow in tight clusters.
Those guys, like most of the Ebay sellers are in Asia. They ship the plants to you illegally, and if the shipment gets caught in customs, you can get in trouble too. You can buy petite nana from American businesses, legally, why would you want to buy a plant illegally, that ships from half way around the world and arrive half dead?

Yes I knew it wasn't an actual species but I figured it mean petite. And I didn't realize it was from across the world and didn't know it was illegal. This is my first time trying plants on ebay.
Plus I'm having them shipped to me because I'm at college and have no car so it seemed like a good way to get things.
As a condition of my refund, they made me agree not to post negative feedback about them since they refunded my money.
If you receive the plants in terrible condition, my advice is to take pics of them before you put them in your tank. Hopefully, you will not have to go through what I went through. However, I did get my money back and actually ended up with one of the plants pulling through after 4 months. Problem was that I wasn't going to forgo the possibility of leaving them negative feedback and disputing the payment on paypal to see if the plant would come around.
Personally, I think your best bet for plants shipped to your door is to go to the classifieds section of this board and post a WTB (Want To Buy) request. I'm about to do that on some Chain Swords that I have been thinking about getting. A lot of the members here are pretty reasonable on their prices too.

I have no idea if it is illegal to ship these specific plants. However, it is definitely illegal to ship certain species of plants within the US.
Now, with foreign plants coming into the US, I would think there is some sort of inspection requirement, but I could be wrong. Something like the USDA trying to keep diseases and unwanted plants out of the US.
Mine came in today! They are all in perfect condition!
I placed two orders and each one came with about four plants with 5-7 leaves a piece. I love them! I'm not sure what happened to yours but they were perfect.
Strangely enough they aren't petite ones. They really are a small form of anna or something. I'll post pictures in my betta thread which you can find in my sig...

That's very lucky! I ordered some java moss from them and it came mostly dead but since it's such a hearty plant I think they will be salvageable.
I thought I might mention this here. If you're looking to buy plants online I would recommend petsolutions.com. Even though shipping isn't too cheap, the plants come in really excellent condition, and with the deals on the prices of the plants themselves you break even with what you would have paid in a LFS. And the petsolutions plants were healthier, bigger, and less snaily than any of the plants I'd seen in LFSs near me. My 6.99 anubias nana came in a bunch with SIX separate, rooted clusters, very happy and healthy looking. I've had them for maybe 2 weeks and a couple of them are already growing new leaves. I would have paid 8.99 at my LFS for a single brown, tiny bunch, encrusted with snails.
