What type of swords?

Hey MJC, I recently got some swords from Petsmart(which I'll never do again) and they look very similar to the ones on the left quarter of your tank. Do you know what type those are? I'm having trouble trying to figure out what types of plants I got, as petsmart didn't have a label on them. Plus they are starting to die quickly---only had them for maybe a week. Very frustrating. If I knew what type of plant I had, I could read up on what I need to do for their care. Thanks!

When I bought my Amazon(?) and Brazilian Swords, the guy at the LFS explained that they are grown in pretty shallow water, so the leaves formed in air. He says the leaves will die off and be replaced by new ones as the plant adapts to being underwater.

I currently have a 29 gallon cycling. It is going to have live plants in it. I will post pics when it is done cycling.

The standard Anubias barteri which is at the left of the picture now reaches the water surface, and the A. b. nana is substantially taller as well in the back.
