I'd like to start a new venture with a discus tank. I need to know the following:

1. A good fan site for discus.

2. What is the appropriate size START tank for discus.

3. How is their behavior? Docile, agressive? Do they do well as a single fish? Or 2 - 3 tankmates?

4. Enviroment? Plants? Rocks? Driftwood? How much...to what capacity vs. the size of the tank? Do they like to hide? Or do they prefer more open water?

5. Hardy? Or not?

6. Salt or not? Probably not a brackish fish, but I'd thought I'd pose the question.

7. What other fish are they compatible with?

"Tanks" alot (awwww...that one-liner was baaaddd.)

Lots of gorgeous tanks to look at and get ideas from....lots and lots of info on anything discus you can think of....and they have a very good reputation for good healthy discus stock...bred on premises in southern Calf. I believe.
