I have a 55 community with swords, crypts, apongeten, java moss and java fern, and various stem plants. Its well established but i would like to get rid of the duck weed. i have to scoop handfuls of it off every week. Does anyone have a system or experience in removing it once and for all short of tearing the tank down completely and starting over.

You just have to really get in there and manually remove every one. Every day for at least a week or so.
yah thats what i was afraid of. I'm to lazy to work on my tank every day. I would rather just look at it.
