Some sort of Midas mix is what I was going to say also...or maybe Red Devil mix of some sort. They are breed so much and mixed so much that who knows what you really have. I like him though, he's very unique!

How big is he? I am almost more apt to say Red devil mix if he is like 2" or under since the midias are more barred and grayish when young.

Here is what my Midas looked like as a youngin and how he changed..his grown up pic is in my album in my profile...he was the Orange and white one..the other Orange one was my RD.

Yours has the same body shape, but a Midas usually has the bars like mine did when young, I'm not sure I have any pics of my RD when little but he was more a yellow white color.

Looks to me to be a Midas/RD...they are mixed so much anymore it is very hard to come across one that is actually a full Midas or Red devil.

It looks like it's in the Aulonocara family...maybe a strange german red...
here's a pic of an aulonocara with similar body type and eye shape just not the same color-
