Let me start with the fact that I have a 29 gal tank...
I am interested in stocking a school of fish. I would love to find a kind that I can mix diff "types" and still have them school. Any ideas on this/ Some things I have run across that have peaked my interest is: Gupys, Green tiger barbs and tiger barbs, Harlequin Resboras and/or glow;ight Rasbora... i also like mollies and platys... not sure if Mollies would be right for me.
Any idea's would be greatly appreciated!

2 cherry barbs
2 dwarf G
1 zebra loach
1 burmese loach
2 kulli loaches (that is what they told me not sure now tho but they are a loach)

Hello,

Cories, Cories, Cories! Cories are semi shoaling fish and different kinds of Cories can be kept together and they still will kinda shoal! I wouldn't reccomend Green Tiger Barbs or Tiger Barbs because they would nip the fins of your Dwarf Gouramis.

you don't have room for any more loaches, or anything else on the bottom. as for schooling fish... i'd go with harlequin rasboras. they are awesome little schooling fish that would go great with your other fish, as they are from the same area. make sure to get at least 6.

Hello,

I think there is enough room for three or four Cories if you have enough hiding places. They don't take up much space at all.

yes, they do. those loaches are all 3-4 inches long each. she has quite enough. some might even say too much.

I meant Cories don't take up much space, not loaches. Because I know loaches do take some space up.

I know, and I was saying the loaches take up all the space avalible.no room for cories.

No offense fish catch22 but looking at you profile you have a 10 gal tank with no loaches. The burmese can grow up to 4 inches, the zebra a top of 3 and kulli's are full grown. I am interested in schooling fish and you yourself sugg harlequin rasboras. I do not understand why you need to banter with some one who is like you offering a IMO sugg. I do appreciate your advice but would appreciate others as well. Thanks
