any one here help with mh lighting

these are on ebay and i don't know sqwat about them will these work together and on my tank, a 30gal long or so i need a larger bulb? tring to figure out how to do this cheaply and still use my othe light i like the dusk dawn i get from my othe light but can't afford the alltogether one,.

That looks like some sorta shop light set up? Not sure but looks similar to some lights I got from the homedepot. They generate a LOT oh heat if its the same kind!!! Also a very yellow light.

it lists them as aquarium, and the bulb is listed blue/white, first is just the lamp no bulb

never mind it dosent even come with ballast or glass lense,

Yup, that is an aquarium reflector and bulb. Bulb is probably junk no-name but for the price you really can't complain. Same for the reflector. Personally, I would get them because of the price being so good. You will still need a ballast to go with that reflector though. Look for an Icecap ballast used if possible.

I feel your pain.. I spent a lot of money on junk not knowing what was good or what wasn't early on.. finally I just bit the bullet and bought the expensive name brand stuff that had great reviews. While it was expensive, I have never regretted buying the lighting I did.

Most of the light bulbs on eBay are junk but the fixtures seem to be ok.

anyone got and junk their not using? with all my light i had one fire slightly caught in time,....... a name brand,.. rest were ebay no names,...lol all bought around same time,..

some one has to have a mh light they are not using after they upgraded to something else,.. do antone belong to reef clubs? and could check?
i have nothing around here,.

Check out reefcentral.com . They have a classified section on their forums and I am sure you can find someone selling a good light there quickly.
