http://www.aquaculturestore.com/ If you get caught short these guys sell Fathead Minnow fry at various stages of development for aquatic bioassay. Such fry are not cheap.

Wish you were closer......my guppies and endlers are spitting out fry like there's no tomorrow (don't want to burst your bubble). Do you not have a good lfs nearby? I hope you can get this project in. I am cheering for you!

I don't know if this is too late. I have been following this thread and just noticed you live in Colorado. Depending on where you live in the state there is a fish store called Neptune's in Highlands Ranch. They had a planted tank filled with guppies and lots of fry last time I was there. The guy even told me they don't really order guppies too often anymore unless they are special strains because they have plenty reproducing in their planted tank.

Oh, yeah I actually did check there! They're one of my favorite fish stores BTW. Anyway, it doesn't matter anymore, because, guess whaterv:... I've got ENDLER FRY!!!!! I just noticed that my female endler looked unusally fat this morning, stuck it in a little tank with lots of color, left, came back, and BAM! endler fry! Super excited! I'll give you all a count later...
