there is a few sellers who are ridiculously cheap. The products come fom malysia and they have excellent feedback. I'd just like to know if any of you have tried the direct from asia ebay sellers.

i bought from sellers within the US borders.. ordering some plants from other countries like malaysia or thailand, you risk getting dead plants since shipping wont be 3-5 days.. more like 15 days. Check their feedback some more, you will see those who are in the US, got dead plants but the seller was kind enough to refund their money.. IF you want you can risk it..

Are you talking about aquatimagic? I see people from the US who are very satisfied with their products and plants. I almost ordered from them, but instead I opted for the classifieds section of this forum.

That is the seller I'm thinking of. The feedback is 99% positive. They also guarantee their products. There is one more seller in thailnd as well. These people ship FREE and their plants go for lik 5 dollars a pop. It might be worth it to see if its any good for myself

I bought marimo mossballs from aquaticmagic or whatever that name is, last week. I still haven't gotten it, nor do I have any info on tracking it so I'm kinda just sitting here, wondering if I'll ever get it. :-(

Who is this seller you have in mind?

I recently ordered Windelov Java Ferns from this eBay seller. Like others have said, you have to be patient for shipping.

The plants arrived well packed but most of the leaves were melted and spotted brown. I attached the rhizomes to my driftwood, and its been about four weeks and I can finally see some new sprouts. IMO it was not a bad deal especially for the price they offered.

I just got the marimo balls today, that i mentioned I ordered a week ago. Took a week to arrive and thankfully, it's just algae that requires practically shade-light to sustain itself. So it came in green, although I did notice some small patches of brown. Not too visible and I'm sure it'll fix itself after under my lighting.
