just keep in mind about what kind of plant it is, i bought some and were fine, others were mushy and brown doa,.. but got my refund fine..

^^ yup.. Mosses, ferns are probably the best to order since they are pretty hardy.. A few months back i ordered some plants off ebay and those that melted/died were vals, anubia, swords..
I just bought from them and the plants finally arrived about two and half weeks later. Most of them were brown and mushy. The only one that looks half way ok is the xmass moss. About a year ago I bought from them and the plants took two weeks to get and half died. I thought I would give them another chance because their prices are good, but I will not buy from them again. I would recommend you buy from inside the U.S. I have had much better luck buying in the U.S.
The main things to take into consideration when buying items out of your country is to take into account what exactly you are buying. Fragile plants that need light will probably not make it to you alive, unless you pay for the really expensive express shipping.
Mosses, moss balls and maybe java ferns will make it. Most other plants will die the 1 week to 2 week (or more) journey.
Sure, it may be cheaper, but what use is a dead plant? In the end, you save more money by getting live plants than taking the risk to save a couple of bucks. That is, if you plan on buying more fragile plants that can't survive long without light.

I've bought plants online probably 6 times from various dealers. 5 times they ended up dead on arrival or almost dead. The one that lived was a anubias nana.
There is a guy on EBAY thats great. His store is MIKESWETPETS (no its not me), i have ordered 7 or 8 times and everytime his plants have come in green and healthy. He is usually a dollar more per plant than the other listed above, but he combines shipping for multiple orders. I have gotten some big boxes, and the most I've paid was $10. Everything comes in 2 days too. Just someone else to check out.
I just purchased four different kind of plants from MIKESWETPETS about two weeks ago. The plants arrived fast & healthy with discounted on shipping with combined purchase. He even gave one extra banana plant. I would buy from them again in a heart beat. A+ seller!
I have to put in another positive for MIKESWETPETS. I ordered a ton of plants from him a few weeks ago and he combined shipping for me and the plants arrived in 2 days beautiful and green (and red). I would highly recommend him. He is a hobbyist though, so he doesn't have the extremely wide selection of some of the other sellers but the plants that he does have are excellent!
I have bought two Marimo moss balls from Wermypal on aquabid. They arrived within 3-4 days and they were beautiful. Big and perfectly round. I was very happy. But I have never bought from ebay yet.
