Anybody ever see an albino betta? Well, now you have.

I have a question for Ratlova30 or anyone else with the answer. How do you go about dividing a 10 gal tank for bettas? I have been thinking about doing that with mine but I don't know the best way to go about it
 
You could rig something up yourself and DIY it, but the best way I have seen to divide a tank is to just grab a tank divider from the pet store. Petsmart has them I think. That is where I got my last one. Pretty Betta by the way. =)
 
Unfortunately LFS do not share your love... the more you buy, the more they will buy. I do agree, I can't even look at the poor things they keep in those little containers-
 
The fish in question is amelanistic, lacking in black pigmentation.
 
Is my betta an albino?
Also, is he sick? I can see his insides and they are blue as you can see in the pictures. They weren't that way before but now there's blue in his stomach I believe.

Can someone help me out? I think my betta is an albino but I'm not sure? He has red eyes( hard to tell in the pic though) and he has trouble finding his food and constantly runs into things too
