Anyone Have A AquaClear Filter

cyborob - It is porbably not broken, the impeller and well tend to gunk up on AC filters which will prevent them from restarting if they go off. Remove the filter, unscrew the motor from the bottom, remove the impellor and clean the magnet, then clean the well it sildes into. Will bet dollars to donuts it starts right up.

ps- Before you screw the motor back in, plug it in long enough to determine if it is spinning or not.

I have a Bio wheel 350 now and I'm happy with it, but on my next tank I'm going to get an AC 110 because of how much everyone else likes them.

Thanks but to late, PetSmart took it back and I grabbed a Penguin 150 for an extra $3
I think I like the media layout a bit better these now anyways.
