Where are you located?? I would ship but have no ice packs.
And the great thing is you dont need the whole pancake, can just have a small 2x2" piece and it will eventually become a big pancake itself.
The drink tastes best a week after you transfer it to another bottle to gas up. Hmm Nice cold and bubbly.. best DIY ever lol

shipping could be in either or. Could do a ziplock bag sealed tight. But would have to ship during the week when is cooler than usual.
