anyone here got Crystal red shrimp?

I believe you have cherry red shrimp, not crystals. But regardless, you have moss or plants in the tank? I "lost" all of mine for some time after the initial purchase. Typically however many you can see, that many more are hiding at the same time (at least it seems that way). I would give them more time. Its possible you had some die-off from acclimation, but cherries are pretty darn hardy.
yes I have cherry shrimp, and I see there is three nice looking ones. I took the moss out and the plants so they did not die from the salt. so I can see everything in the bare tank. I will buy more, my kids and I love seeing them :)

aww nuts, sorry to hear you lost some. They are really fun, my kids by FAR prefer my inverts to the fish. For a 10g I would make your target 10-15 shrimp to start. I started there and have sold hundreds in the past month. They are really fun, active and colorful.

I found 2 more today!! I now have 5 cherry shrimp :) So I am not the loose shrimp keeper I thought I was lol! 2 are very red, the others are pretty clear still with just a bit of red. No wonder I could not see them. Yeah I need 10 more. But will wait until my tank is safe again. I do not want to put them in a different tank, I already got the shrimp I have in the hospital tank, the new ones will go int there to.

Your experience is very like mine. I almost got some black & white bee shrimp this week but since I've only had cherries for less than a month I thought I'd better wait. OOOH, these inverts are addicting.

Can CRS mix with GBR? I'd love to have some high grade shrimp (miniumum A grade, pref. SS+:D) and I was wondering if the GBR bred if the babies would be in danger of being eaten by the shrimp.

I would worry about the shrimp being eaten by the GBR. That would be one expensive snack. Dwarf shrimp are pretty peaceful.
